Human–AI Collaboration Strategist | Creator of
AIEQ Systems™ and Soma AI™

I help people learn how to think with AI — not just use it.After 30 + years building businesses, websites and going online before most people had email, as well as pioneering design education on YouTube, I became obsessed with a question: why do most people only scratch the surface of what AI can do?The answer isn't about prompts or tools. It's about how you show up to the conversation.I created AIEQ™ (AI Emotional Intelligence) to teach a different approach — one where AI becomes a thinking partner, not a shortcut.
I'm also co-founding SomaAI, a health companion built on emotional intelligence.

Dana Morgan’s Views on AI in 2026
AI isn’t the problem.Fear isn’t the problem.Information overload isn’t even the problem. The real issue is that most people were never taught how to think with something this powerful, without giving themselves away in the process. My work sits at a different intersection than most AI educators.I focus on the relationship layer between humans and intelligence systems —> where emotion, trust, clarity, and real AI authorship live.My perspective challenges the dominant narrative that AI requires mastery, speed, or technical dominance. Instead, she advocates for:• Human-led collaboration
• Emotionally intelligent workflows
• Systems that adapt to people, not the other way around
• AI as a stabilizing force, not a destabilizing oneThrough education, platform development, and public conversation, I am helping redefine what it means to be “AI-literate” —> as someone who stays in relationship, creative, and in control. As AI accelerates, my work asks a very different question:How do we all expand intelligence without shrinking from our humanity? That’s the lane I'm most interested in sharing. The lane least traveled, yet the most available to anyone who wishes to become empowered by it.

"Learning to use AI has been incredibly helpful for making big decisions and finding peace of mind. I was seriously considering closing my business, but with the help of AI, I'm now working on ideas I've had for a few years but couldn't quite execute on my own."

"Thank you! I'm amazed at how much I've used AI chat etc, in the past couple weeks, in new ways... i've found all sorts of info, I've also had a difficult situation at work and did a big vent to AI, asked some honest questions, including whether I handled it well, and got a great answer with a bunch potential ways to move forward and to think about.
